Executives:
Jack P. Fillingham
Chairman of the Board
Jack is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in forest resources from the University of Georgia and a Master of Forestry degree from Duke University. He is a registered forester in four states and has served on the Alabama State Board of Registration for Foresters, one year as Chairman. He is also a certified general real property appraiser in Alabama. Jack's employment with Sizemore & Sizemore began in 1972. His main responsibilities are managing the Forest Management Services, including forest inventories, timber markings, timber sales, and appraisal and analysis projects for private non-industrial landowners. He is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, having served a term as Chairman of the Alabama Chapter, the Forest Landowner's Association, Society of American Foresters, Alabama Forestry Association, American Forestry Association and the Alabama Forestry Council. He also served on the Governor's Alabama Forest Recovery Task Force following Hurricane Ivan. Jack is also on the Board of Directors for Alabama Dixie Youth Baseball, serving as a District Director.

Steven G. Burak
President
Steve is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in natural resource management from Rutgers University, a Master of Forestry degree from Duke University, and a Ph.D. in forest economics from Auburn University. His dissertation was entitled "Selection of the Expected Rate of Return in the Valuation of Timberland -- The Determinants of the Timberland Discount Rate." He is a registered forester in nine states and a certified general real property appraiser in eight states. He also holds the MAI professional appraisal designation from the Appraisal Institute. He currently serves on the boards of South Alabama Land & Timber Company (SALTCO), Montgomery Symphony Orchestra, McCraney Cottle Arts Council, and Tallassee City Schools. He is also a member of the American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) Tax Committee, Society of American Foresters (SAF), and Forest Landowners Association. He has taught Forestland Appraisal - a graduate level offering of Duke University. His employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 1979. Since 1983, Steve's main responsibilities have been with the appraisal of land and timber and casualty loss valuations. Project areas have included lands in the south from Virginia to Texas as well as Maine, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington. International assignments include New Zealand.

Richard H. Pinkowski, Jr.
Vice President
Rich is a professional forester and holds a Bachelor of Science in forestry and a Master of Science in forest ecology from the University of Illinois. He is a registered forester in three states and a certified general real property appraiser in Alabama and Mississippi. His employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 1982. His main responsibilities are GIS and analytical projects which include land and timber appraisals and investment analyses across the United States.

Wayne E. Williams
Second Vice President
Wayne is a professional forester with a Bachelor of Science degree in forestry from the University of Florida. He is a registered forester in Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi. He also has extensive computer programming training. Wayne's employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 1999. His main responsibilities are coordinating and overseeing assignments in Forest Management Services. He is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the Alabama Chapter Association of Consulting Foresters.

Appraisal Services:
Susanna Fillingham
State Registered Real Property Appraiser/Real Estate Salesperson
Susanna is a graduate of Auburn University Montgomery with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and a Master of Business Administration. Her full time employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 2005. Her main responsibilities are providing supporting analysis and documentation for the Appraisal Services Center. These include significant real property appraisal assistance, involving analyses for the three approaches to value and final opinion reconciliation and property inspection. Also included are analyzing geographic and market data to maintain the land sale, timber sale and wood using facilities databases. She also provides relevant maps and documentation for appraisals and assists in development of wood-flow projections using state-of-the-art growth and yield models. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and assists in land sale brokerage activities. She also maintains the Sizemore & Sizemore web site and provides marketing and design services as needed.

Floy Lambert
Editor
Floy attended the University of Montevallo. Her employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 1984.

Karen Waller
Karen has an Associate degree in secretarial science from Central Alabama Community College. Her employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 1987. Her main responsibilities include typing appraisal reports, data entry, and assisting with accounting duties.

Margaret Monk
Margaret is a 1959 graduate of Tallassee High School. She was employed at Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. from 1982 until 1987, and she rejoined our company in February of 2006. Her main responsibility is assisting Appraisal Services.

Forest Management Services:
Shannon White
Forest Manager
Shannon is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in forest resources from Mississippi State University. He is a registered forester in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. Shannon's employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 1998. His main responsibilities include forest manager of the satellite office in Sylacauga, AL, managing client lands in north central Alabama. He is a member of the Society of American Foresters, Association of Consulting Foresters and the Alabama Forestry Association-Forest Environmental Committee.

Debbie Taylor
Manager of Client Services
Debbie is a graduate of Auburn University Montgomery with a BA degree in English and a minor in Information Systems. She began her career at Sizemore & Sizemore in 1970 and was involved in the development of many of the in-house computer programs used by Sizemore & Sizemore, including the Inventory Projection and Cash Flow programs. Her years of employment include 1970-1973, 1977-1982, and 1995 –present and have involved her in many aspects of the company such as forest inventories, appraisal, management, feasibility studies, and forest tax issues. Current duties in Forest Management Services consist of processing  forest inventories, writing and editing forest inventory and management reports, and assisting with forest management activities. In addition, she works with Appraisal Services in the development of wood flow analyses and income projections.

Seth Fillingham
Registered Forester/State Registered Real Property Appraiser
Seth is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in forest management from Auburn University. He is a registered forester in Alabama. His full-time employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 2001, although has worked for Sizemore & Sizemore in some capacity since he was 16. His main responsibilities include all aspects of fieldwork and GIS, and providing supporting analysis and documentation for the Appraisal Services Center. These include significant real property appraisal assistance, involving analyses for the three approaches to value and final opinion reconciliation and property inspection. Seth is a member of the Society of American Foresters.

Michael Heatherly
Registered Forester/GIS
Michael is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in forest management from Auburn University. He is a registered forester in Alabama. His employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 2007. His main responsibilities include all aspects of fieldwork and GIS. Michael is a certified burn manager and is a member of the Alabama Prescribed Fire Council and the Society of American Foresters.

Rush Coan
Forester
Rush is a professional forester with a B.S. degree in forest management from Auburn University. Rush's employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 2011. His main responsibilities include all aspects of fieldwork.

Mikell Bonner
Forest Technician
Mikell is a forest technician with an Associate of Applied Science in forest technology from East Mississippi Community College. Mikell's employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 2012. His main responsibilities include all aspects of fieldwork.

Mary McGarr
Forest Management Services Assistant
Mary's employment with Sizemore & Sizemore began in 2007. Her main responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and administration of forest inventories, timber sales and other timberland management services, as well as correspondence documentation for the entire department.

Office Personnel:
Tiffany Goodwin
Controller/Office Manager
Tiffany is a 2005 graduate of Tallassee High School. Her employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 2008. She was 2005 Miss Tallassee, and is also a member of the Tallassee Athene Women's Club.

Sally Fillingham
Receptionist
Sally graduated from Tallassee High School in 1971 and attended Massey-Draughn Business School and Auburn University Montgomery. Her employment with Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. began in 1996. Her main responsibilities include answering the telephone, mail processing, filing and filing system maintenance, report editing, data verification and word processing.

Cathy Stonaker
Librarian
Cathy graduated from Tenafly High School in Tenafly, NJ, and joined the U.S. Navy for four years as a data processing technician. She has also attended Auburn University Montgomery in the legal assistant program. She was employed at Sizemore & Sizemore, Inc. from 1978 until 1982, and she just rejoined our company in February of 2006.
